The ICE blog promotes discussion among Clinician Educators from around the world, archiving a variety of education resources. We welcome anyone with an interest in health professions education.

The ICE blog is coordinated by Dr. Eric Warm, an Internal Medicine physician from the University of Cincinnati and supported by a team of editors. The ICE blog features posts specific to Clinician Educators and is a place for CEs to read and share stories of trials, tribulations, successes and innovations from their daily lives.*

We encourage you to share feedback, thoughts, suggestions and opinions with us in the comments section. New posts appear twice a week – on Tuesdays and Fridays—so come back and visit us often! We look forward to hearing from you!

ICE Summit: Controversies in Medical Education

Led by dynamic and renowned Clinician Educators, ICE Summits will push you to think deeply about the most controversial and provocative elements of MedEd – our speakers aren’t presenters, they are provocateurs! [pruh-vok-uh-tur, noun; a person who deliberately behaves controversially in order to provoke argument or other strong reactions.]

Our Summits are about discussing and sharing ideas with some of the brightest minds in MedEd. You will leave with new ideas and concepts, a renewed zest for education practice, a collection of strong take-home messages and new network of international colleagues.
