We are pleased to announce a new editor has joined our team: Bethany Robertson, DNP, CNM. Bethany is a high energy transformational leader with extensive background in change management and leading large-scale projects in both healthcare and academic settings. While most of our editors and authors are physicians, we recognize that Clinician Educators come in many forms and are looking forward to the important new voice Bethany will bring to our team. Bethany will be introducing a new section on inter-professional education, as well as covering the overlap between learning and care from a system perspective. Her research and teaching have focused on quality and safety in healthcare, specifically the science of teamwork as a system of work design, used to mitigate error and promote performance by way of enhancing communication and coordination of healthcare professionals. Learn more about Bethany in our editor’s section and look for her first post in early December!
