**sorry for the delay this week!** Welcome to the Summer of 2022 KeyLIME “re run” series! Over the summer months, we will be re-releasing some of our earliest episodes: Give some old favorites a listen or discover some episodes from our archive you may not have heard yet!

This week, in summer re run #10, the team plays back Episode #154 where we discussed ITERs, (In-Training Evaluation Reports), a fundamental building block of health professions education.  They have been much maligned over the years; however, this article\’s \”assessment supergroup\” looks to show us the value of narrative comments in ITERs in a systematic review with \”gold standard methods\” (as per Jason, today\’s reviewer.)
