In this episode, first released in the summer of 2018,  the KeyLIME team welcomed guest host Deb Simpson (@debsimpson3). It features a topic still very relevant in 2020 society:  gender gaps. In particular, this qualitative analysis examined how gender affected the evaluation of emergency medicine residents’ competencies as well as the difference in feedback that each sex received from their attendings.
